Shipping Information


Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Bella X Belico is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Address


If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


  • If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address before it is shipped.
  • If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
  • If the package is returned to Bella X Belico because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
  • If the package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, Bella X Belico is not responsible for retrieving the package.


Please double-check your address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before completing your purchase.


Tracking Information


Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the email or contact information provided at checkout.


Please use the tracking number to monitor your package and check for delivery updates.


Once the carrier confirms that a package has been delivered, Bella X Belico is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your delivery area, or contact the shipping carrier directly.


Shipping Time & Estimates


The shipping time displayed at checkout is an estimated delivery timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.


Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, holidays, weather, high-volume periods, delays, or other circumstances outside of Bella X Belico’s control.


The estimated shipping time shown at checkout does not include the time needed to process and prepare your order before shipment.


While we will do our best to get your order shipped out promptly, Bella X Belico cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

If your package is delayed in transit, please first check your tracking information for the latest update. If you have concerns about a significant delay, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are generally outside of Bella X Belico’s control.
